WELCOME
TO RIGHTEOUS RUNNERS!
We are
so happy that your child will be joining us for the Righteous Runners season! Over the next
several months, the kids will be making friends,
learning verses, and growing closer to God. We
will be focusing on why God created us and His
plan for our lives. God has a lot in store for all
the Righteous Runner kids! We are really excited
that your child can be part of it!
EARNING
POINTS - EARNING REWARDS
Each
week, children and preteens in attendance at Righteous
Runners earn points that they can use towards a variety
of cool rewards! Children and preteens, even
first-time visitors, earn points for being in
attendance, being on time, and bringing a Bible.
Points can be earned for bringing a visitor.
Points can also be earned for knowing the week's memory
verse, completing the weekly challenge, and reading the
weekly Scripture.
Here are the weekly point
totals: Being
Present = 25 Points
Being On Time = 50 Points
Bringing Bible = 200 Points
Bringing Visitor = 200 Points
Memory Verse = 300 Points
Weekly Challenge = 300 Points
Weekly Bible Reading = 300 Points Total
Weekly Points Available = 1375 MISSIONS
OFFERING Each
week, an offering is collected in each Righteous Runners
class. The money collected goes to a Berean Church
family that is serving as missionaries somewhere in the
world. Last year, the Righteous Runner kids gave
over $725 to the Reeds in Bolivia. This
year our goal is $600. All money collected will go
to the Bultema Family serving in Antalya, Turkey.
James and Renata Bultema and their three children,
Kristoff, Anna-Kate, and Talya, work in Turkey telling
people about Jesus at a cultural center and summer camp. WEDNESDAY
FAMILY SUPPERS Bring
your whole family and join us each Wednesday for
our family suppers.
Food is served from 5:30 -
6:15. Costs are $3/person or $7/family. |
